Overview

A comprehensive support strategy is vital for the optimum return on your technology investment. Three levels of support are available: Standard, Premium, and Ad-hoc.

Standard

The Standard Agreement is our most popular choice. It includes access to our 7/24 emergency telephone and remote support, priority scheduling, and no-charge office hours support.

Premium

The Premium Agreement is a good choice for facilities that require all-inclusive support.  It includes everything in the Standard Agreement, plus no-charge on-site labour, guaranteed next business day response for emergencies, and an annual preventative maintenance visit.

Ad-hoc

For those facilities comfortable assuming full responsibility and risk associated with the support of your systems.  We are happy to work with you on an ‘as-needed’ basis. Ad-hoc customers are subject to full service rates. Scheduling occurs on a first-come first-served basis.


Telephone & Remote Support

Both the Standard and Premium Agreements include no-charge telephone support during office hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM CST, excluding statutory holidays.)  After hours support is available for emergencies to Standard and Premium customers. When it is possible to perform diagnostics, configuration, or repair remotely, we will work with your IT department to enable remote access to your systems. This can mean faster repair, and less down time.

Priority Scheduling

Standard and Premium Agreement customers benefit from priority scheduling when on-site service is required.

Service Rates

Standard Agreement customers pay reduced rates for on-site service.  Premium Agreement customers pay only for after-hours emergency on-site response.

Annual Preventative Maintenance

Premium Agreement customers receive an annual site visit, tailored for your facility. Generally these will include a system check, requested configurations changes, staff training, software backups/updates, etc.
